For years, First Choice has been one of Pimpri-Chinchwad's leading design institutes, training the next generation of fashion designers, makeup artists, and interior designers, and standing behind them until they're placed. But that line only tells you what we do. Here's why we do it.
OUR STORY
First Choice started with one belief: talent is everywhere, but opportunity isn't. So we brought professional design education right here. Hands-on, industry-connected, and built to get you working.
Our founder, Madhuri More, kept meeting that talent everywhere she went. Women who could design, style, and create, but had been told to be practical. Students full of ability and short on direction. She couldn't unsee it. So she built the place she wished they had.
When I started in 2018, I kept meeting women full of talent and no way to use it. Girls who could design, style, create, held back by circumstances, not ability. First Choice Institute is my answer to that. It's a place where your dream gets a plan, and you get someone in your corner.
Madhuri More, Founder & Director
An MBA in HR with over 10 years in training and placements, Madhuri began her career in corporate training and personality development, then grew into fashion, makeup artistry, and photography. After the pandemic, she became a vocal advocate for women's empowerment, leading initiatives across the region. First Choice is where all of that comes together.

WHAT WE TEACH
Fashion designing, from a full BSc degree to a one-year diploma, certificate courses, and specialized Aari work and embroidery. Makeup and hairstyling for those drawn to beauty and bridal work. And interior design for anyone who sees a room and imagines what it could become. Whatever the craft, the goal is the same. Real skills that lead to real work.
